The following information and game day policies are intended to foster a high level of safety and enjoyment for all guests.
Guests are prohibited from bringing alcohol beverages in to AirHogs Stadium. The only alcohol permitted on the premises must be purchased and/or dispensed by authorized servers. Texas State Law prohibits the sale of alcoholic beverages to any person under the age of 21. No one under 21 is permitted to consume alcoholic beverages inside the AirHogs Stadium. Guests are prohibited from taking alcohol beverages out of the AirHogs Stadium.
AUTOGRAPHS AND PICTURES
Guests are encouraged to ask players and coaches for autographs and pictures. However, once the umpires take the field, players and coaches may not sign autographs or take pictures until the game is complete. We also ask that you be respectful of your fellow guests when seeking autographs.
The AirHogs mascot will make regular visits to the suite level. If you have special guests that would like a visit or specifically would not like a visit, requests may be made at the Fan Assistance Booth in advance or on the game day. We will make our best efforts to accommodate all requests.
ACCESSIBLE PARKING AND SEATING
AirHogs Stadium is completely handicap accessible and exceeds all ADA requirements. Handicap accessible parking is available for those with government issued placards. Those who do not have a handicap placard but need assistance should contact the Ticket Office in advance of the game to make special arrangements.
Barrier-free seating for wheelchairs along with companion seats is located in numerous areas throughout AirHogs Stadium.
Children age three (3) and under are admitted free to AirHogs games provided the child sits in the lap of an accompanying adult. Strollers are allowed in the stadium, though when parked they must be kept clear of aisle ways. Please make sure they can be folded up and placed under your seat or ask an usher to assist with a designated storage area. Private breastfeeding areas are available for nursing mothers or breastfeeding is allowed in any public location of AirHogs Stadium. Pre-packaged single serving snacks intended for babies and toddlers is permissible.
Bags are subject to random checks at any time as a deterrent to weapons, alcohol, contraband, and food or beverage. All bags must be smaller than 16” x 16” x 8”. Large bags and luggage, inflatables, nets, noise makers, brooms, weapons, laser pointers, light sabers, coolers, cans, bottles, food and beverages are not permitted at any time. To ensure guest safety, the Texas AirHogs reserve the right to refuse admittance of any item deemed hazardous or suspicious.
CATERING & CONCESSIONS
In addition to the Officer Club and the Admiral Club’s gourmet action stations, AirHogs Stadium features many local Texas and ballpark favorites that will make your mouth water from the second you step through the gate!
Our concession stands do sell common allergens (peanuts, dairy, wheat etc.) If you have any food allergies, please contact the front office to make special arrangements to avoid contact with any specific allergens. The concession stands offer a wide variety of food ranging from the local flavor. There is something for everyone at the concession stands.
Cameras and video recorders are permitted inside AirHogs Stadium. However, guests may not reproduce the game without the express written consent of the Texas AirHogs.
CONDUCT AND LANGUAGE
The AirHogs intend to provide our guests with a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable atmosphere. Therefore, AirHogs Stadium has established the following rules for expected guest conduct. Guests appearing impaired / intoxicated will be ejected from the park. Guests who enter the playing field or interfere with the play of a game will be ejected from the ballpark and are subject to arrest. Guests interfering with another guest’s ability to enjoy the game are subject to be re-located within the stadium or subject to ejection. Guests shall not direct any abusive language or behavior towards players, coaches, umpire or other spectators. Should suite level guests create a disturbance or cause objects to be thrown or dropped from the suites, the club shall have the right to eject the parties responsible for such action, or all the persons from the suite level, from the confines of the Stadium. Management reserves the right remove those individuals using abusive language from the stadium at their discretion.
FIRST AID STATION
First aid is located at the Fan Assistance Booth located on the concourse. Please report all injuries, accidents or any illnesses requiring assistance at this location, and do not leave the stadium without reporting injuries.
Please stay alert at all times during play as bats and balls may enter the stands. Guests are welcome to keep any ball thrown or hit into the stands, but you may not, under any circumstances, interfere with a ball that is in play by leaning over the box seat railing or outfield wall. Violators will be subject to ejection from the park. Baseball bats that enter the stands must be returned to an usher.
Gates at AirHogs Stadium open one (1) hour before the schedule game time, unless otherwise noted.
GRAND PRAIRIE’S WILD WORLD OF PARKS PLAY LAND
One of the many child-specific features of AirHogs Stadium is Grand Prairie’s Wild World of Parks Play Land. This play area is located on the first base side compete with fixed playground equipment for toddlers up through age 13, whiffle ball field and basketball court; the Play Land is a great way for youngsters to burn off some energy.
GUEST SERVICES CENTER
To make your visit to AirHogs Stadium as pleasant as possible, the Guest Services Center is located on the main concourse next to the main gate. An AirHogs representative will be available at all times to offer 113% customer service.
Should you lose your child (or your children lose you) during the game, immediately contact the nearest usher, the Fan Assistance Booth.
LOST AND FOUND
The lost and found is located at the Fan Assistance Booth. If you lost and item at the stadium, please call 972.521.6730 to report the missing item or pick up the item during normal business hours.
Credentials will be issued at the discretion of the Texas AirHogs. Credentials are normally picked up at the designated Will Call location at AirHogs Stadium.

NON-STADIUM FOOD & DRINK
No bottles, cans, food, beverages or containers may be brought into AirHogs Stadium with the exception of one (1) sealed plastic bottle of non-flavored water no larger than 16 oz. per person.
For safety reasons, all glass containers are prohibited on all suite level balconies.
The public address system at AirHogs Stadium will be used for paging in extreme cases only. Those needing to page someone should report to the Fan Assistance booth located on the concourse behind home plate.
PUBLIC ADDRESS AND VIDEO BOARD ANNOUNCEMENTS
All public address and video board announcements may be made at the Fan Assistance booth on the day of the game up until the first pitch of the game.
AirHogs Stadium features has a VIP lot in front of the ballpark for all season ticket and suite holders. General Parking is available by entering through Gate 3 of Lone Star Park.
No pets are permitted with the exception of Dog Day promotions (see promotional calendar) and service dogs.
Playbills are complimentary to guests and can be found at the playbill stand inside the gates, in suites and at the Fan Assistance booth. The playbill contains a scorecard, AirHogs roster and player highlights, feature stories and information on the ballpark. Multiple editions of the playbill are printed each season, with updated team information and stories for the fans.
On promotional nights with limited quantities, guests with a single ticket entering the game will receive a single item while available.
In the event that the game is officially called, you will be able to exchange your ticket to any 2018 regular season game (based on availability, no refunds will be issued). In order to do this, simply hold on to your ticket and bring it to the Ticket Office when you have picked out a new game.
If we call a game after 4 ½ innings (5 if the home team trails), the game is recorded as a complete game and will count as a win or loss for the AirHogs. In this situation, no exchanges will be offered.
Please note: Picnic, suite, and club tickets can still be exchanged. However, if we have already served the food, all picnic, suite, and club tickets will not include food for the rescheduled games.
Concourse level restrooms are located along the first base concourse and third base concourse. While all bathrooms are equipped with baby changing stations, the stadium family restroom with baby changing station is available. The family restroom may be locked and used as a secure nursing station.
Guests who must leave and re-enter, may do so through the main gates. Guests who plan on re-entering MUST have their ticket re-scanned or hand stamped before they leave the ballpark and present their ticket for re-scanning or hand stamp upon re-entry.
In consideration of the health and comfort of others, AirHogs Stadium is a smoke-free facility. This includes e-cigarettes and vaping.
The AirHogs Ticket Office is open Monday – Friday: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Weekends (Non Game Days) – CLOSED, Game Days – 12:00 pm to the 5th Inning. Fans can either stop by the AirHogs Ticket Office, call 972.521.6730 or purchase tickets online at AirHogsBaseball.com 24 hours/day, seven days/week.
Tailgating is prohibited in the AirHogs parking lots.
Standard size umbrellas are allowed in the stadium for rain events so long as that use of umbrella does not obstruct the view of another guest trying to watch the game. Umbrellas for the purposes of sun shade are not permitted.
Weapons of any kind are prohibited inside the stadium. Guests who are found in violation will be subject to removal from stadium and possible arrest. The only exception is law enforcement personnel in the performance of their official duties.
The Club reserves the right to supplement, modify or amend these Rules and Regulations at any time, and without prior notice.
