Richard Paz joins the AirHogs for his second year as a coach in professional baseball after a long career as a player.

The native Venezuelan played with Ricky VanAsselberg in the Orioles organization, and for him in both Alexandria and Shreveport-Bossier.

Paz reached as high as triple-A for three different organizations (Brewers, White Sox and Astros) during his 13-year playing career, and spent last season managing the Reds' Venezuela Summer League team.
